Our Mission
Hope Rising's mission is to engage, equip, and empower Christians to participate in civics and the local community.
ENGAGE
We believe in having an impact on and building relationships within the community. We look for ways to reach others who may share some common values but not always see things the same way. We look to have conversations with others and find opportunities for unity where there has been division.
EQUIP
We believe in educating our community on civics and non-civics-related issues. We look to gather resources to learn the arguments of both sides of issues and help our community have better conversations.
EMPOWER
We identify needs that align with our conservative Christian values. We look to educate others on how to best through families, neighbors, and the community.
Commonality vs DEI

60% or more of the organization’s time and money is spent on activities promoting “social welfare” (i.e., local engagement, community involvement, civics education, volunteerism)
40% or less of the organization’s time and money can be spent on activities promoting individuals, organizations, or political activity.
